About this scope
We are Cyprus waterproofing specialists first — but the reality is that a leak, a crack or a failed roof rarely stops at 'just waterproofing'. When you already have our team on site, it costs a fraction to do the surrounding work properly, once, and to the same standard. Full rebuild of the waterproofing envelope behind tile and coping. Expansion-joint detailing, pre-tile barrier systems and coordinated tile-back grouting.
Edge and threshold rebuild, hidden drip-edge correction, tile lift and re-bed where the substrate is failing. The detail every survey flags — done properly.
Polyurethane and acrylic resin injection for live water ingress through cracks, cold joints and construction joints. Stops the water first — then we specify the permanent repair.
Someone already tried. It came back. We trace the source, document what the last attempt missed, and specify the tear-out and rebuild needed to stop it permanently.

Almost always a failed screed-to-parapet detail or a blocked outlet — not the whole roof. We diagnose it before you spend on a full replacement.
Hydrostatic pressure doesn't negotiate. Internal-only fixes fail unless drainage and vapour management are specified together.
Usually a compromised skimmer throat, expansion joint or tile-back membrane — not the shell. We test before we tear out.
Water is trapped under the tile bed. A cosmetic re-grout won't fix it. We rebuild the buildup so it drains and dries.

A specialist inspects the property, documents every defect photographically, and issues a written report with a fixed quotation. The €100 is credited toward the works if you proceed.
You receive a documented scope of work, the systems and materials specified by name, and a start-to-finish programme with dates written in — no verbal changes, no surprise extras.

Every hidden layer is photographed before it's covered — substrates, primers, membranes, reinforcements, fixings. You get the file. It's your evidence for resale, insurance and future works.
On completion you receive the warranty certificate in writing. If our workmanship fails during the guarantee period, we come back and fix it — at no cost to you.
