New internal and external blockwork walls, structural openings, lintels and reinforcement — plastered, insulated and finished to a written specification.

Stone cladding & stonework

Traditional Cypriot stone, cut and dressed stone, reconstituted stone panels — installed with proper backing, ties and weep detailing.

Retaining walls & landscape structures

Reinforced concrete or block-and-fill retaining walls with drainage, waterproofing and geotextile detailing behind the wall — not just facing.

Concrete repair & rebar passivation

Cracked, spalling or carbonated concrete: cut out, passivate exposed steel, patch with polymer-modified mortar, protect with anti-carbonation coating.

Chimneys, parapets & copings

Rebuilt chimney stacks, parapet walls and coping stones — with flashings and DPC detailing that actually keeps water out.

Boundary walls & pillars

New boundary walls, pillars, gate posts and railings — foundation, blockwork, render and finish coordinated with landscaping.

Rust stains bleeding through render

Rebar corrosion below the surface. Left alone, the concrete cover spalls. We passivate, patch and coat before it does structural damage.

Retaining wall bulging or cracking

Almost always drainage failure behind the wall — hydrostatic pressure with nowhere to go. The repair has to include the drainage or it comes back.

Cracks running through blockwork

Settlement, lintel failure or thermal movement. We diagnose which — the repair is completely different for each.

    €100 on-site property analysis

    A specialist inspects the property, documents every defect photographically, and issues a written report with a fixed quotation. The €100 is credited toward the works if you proceed.

    Written specification & fixed programme

    You receive a documented scope of work, the systems and materials specified by name, and a start-to-finish programme with dates written in — no verbal changes, no surprise extras.

  3. 03

    Vetted contractor team on site

    Our specialists work alongside vetted contractor teams we've delivered dozens of Cyprus projects with. One point of accountability from tear-out to handover.

  4. 04

    Photographic quality control

    Every hidden layer is photographed before it's covered — substrates, primers, membranes, reinforcements, fixings. You get the file. It's your evidence for resale, insurance and future works.

  5. 05

    Handover + written workmanship guarantee

    On completion you receive the warranty certificate in writing. If our workmanship fails during the guarantee period, we come back and fix it — at no cost to you.
