On core scopes — roofing, liquid-applied membranes and full repaint — we back our workmanship for ten full years. If what we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no cost.

Lifespan on any waterproofing system is hard to calculate — it depends on substrate, exposure, drainage and use. What we can stand behind is our workmanship. Here's exactly what that means.
The job we did.
- Liquid-applied waterproofing membranes we installed
- Roof, terrace and balcony systems we specified and executed
- Full exterior repaint scopes completed by our teams
- Tanking, coatings and injection work carried out under our specification
- Joint sealing and detailing performed as part of a documented scope
If any of the above fails within 10 years because of how we installed it, we return and remediate the affected area at no cost to you.
Everything else.
- Force majeure — flooding, earthquakes, storms, fire, structural movement
- Owner or third-party neglect, misuse or lack of routine maintenance
- Subsequent works by other trades that puncture, drill or overload our system
- Pre-existing defects outside the scope we quoted and executed
- Consequential or indirect damage to contents, finishes, furniture or property
- Anything not explicitly listed on the signed scope of work
The guarantee never extends beyond the physical work we installed. Consequential damage — to interiors, contents or other trades' work — is not our responsibility.

A specialist visits, cross-checks against your signed scope and warranty certificate, and confirms whether it falls within the guarantee.
We fix it
If covered, we schedule the repair and complete it at no cost. If it isn't covered, we tell you honestly and quote the remediation.
