Timber or engineered structure, breathable underlays, insulation, batten, tile and ridge — sealed at every penetration and parapet.
Full tear-off, structural assessment, insulation upgrade, new membrane or tile system. Documented before/after — surveys love it.
Where the substrate is sound, we overlay with liquid-applied polyurethane or hybrid membrane — no tear-off, sealed in days.
Rigid PIR/PU boards, cool-roof reflective coatings, thermal breaks at parapets. Cuts summer cooling load noticeably.
Hidden and external gutters, hopper heads, oversized outlets, overflow scuppers, rainwater harvesting connections — sized for actual Cyprus storm intensity.

How we work
A specialist inspects the property, documents every defect photographically, and issues a written report with a fixed quotation. The €100 is credited toward the works if you proceed.
You receive a documented scope of work, the systems and materials specified by name, and a start-to-finish programme with dates written in — no verbal changes, no surprise extras.
Our specialists work alongside vetted contractor teams we've delivered dozens of Cyprus projects with. One point of accountability from tear-out to handover.
Every hidden layer is photographed before it's covered — substrates, primers, membranes, reinforcements, fixings. You get the file. It's your evidence for resale, insurance and future works.
On completion you receive the warranty certificate in writing. If our workmanship fails during the guarantee period, we come back and fix it — at no cost to you.
