When owners call us
Almost always trapped moisture behind the paint film. Repainting on top will fail. We diagnose the moisture source first.
Efflorescence — soluble salts migrating out. We treat, allow to dry, then apply a breathable silicone system that lets moisture out but keeps rain out.
Wrong binder for Cyprus UV. Silicone and pure acrylics survive; cheap vinyl acrylics don't.
