What's included
Skim coats over new blockwork, plasterboard and existing walls — flat, uniform, primer-ready. The base for paint that actually looks good.
Base coat, mesh reinforcement, and silicone or acrylic top coat — the modern render system that resists cracking, sheds water and stays vapour-open.
For stone properties: breathable lime plaster and lime wash — moves with the wall instead of trapping moisture behind cement.
Salt-inhibiting undercoat over treated substrates — the finish coat over rising-damp injections and tanking.
Insulation boards, mesh, base coat and coloured finish render — thermal upgrade and finish coat in one system.
Cornice, coving, arris and specialist feature repair on villas and older stone properties.

Water is getting behind it — either from above (parapet, coping, roof) or from below (rising damp). We fix the source first, then re-render.
Missing mesh reinforcement or wrong system for a moving substrate. We install a properly reinforced system that bridges the movement.
Trapped moisture with nowhere to escape. We strip and re-render in lime — the wall dries and the damp goes.

How we work
A specialist inspects the property, documents every defect photographically, and issues a written report with a fixed quotation. The €100 is credited toward the works if you proceed.
You receive a documented scope of work, the systems and materials specified by name, and a start-to-finish programme with dates written in — no verbal changes, no surprise extras.

Every hidden layer is photographed before it's covered — substrates, primers, membranes, reinforcements, fixings. You get the file. It's your evidence for resale, insurance and future works.
On completion you receive the warranty certificate in writing. If our workmanship fails during the guarantee period, we come back and fix it — at no cost to you.
